Weakest Sub-Market:  Adelanto at 11% selling, 5% ABSORB RATE, 39 MONTHS SUPPLY, closing in 67 days at $235K.  This sub-market is exceptionally slow and lethargic.  The level of demand at the current price offered by sellers is near non-existent.
